This drone has 3 controllers, giving it a lot of different and cool ways of controlling it. The first controller is strapped to your wrist and one of your fingers. If you tilt you hand left, the drone goes left; tilt it right and it goes right. This makes the whole experience extremely immersive and exciting. It does take a bit longer to learn, but it’s totally worth it.

Second, there is the normal controller. Its quite easy to learn and it’s extremely responsive. It also has an obstacle-avoidance system, making it quite good for beginners.

The final controller is shaped like a water droplet and it only has 1 button. All you have to do to get it in the air is press the button. Then obstacle-avoidance system is immediately active, so it just hovers around the room without hitting anything. You can control it by putting your hand in front of or behind it to make it go forward, backward, left, and right. To get it to land, all you have to do is press the button. I would recommend this remote to anyone who has never flown a drone before.

This drone has many cool features. The first one, which I have already told you about, is the obstacle avoidance system, which is quite well made. Another cool feature is the fact that it can do flips and it does these really well. You can only flip at a height around 10 feet, but that is just so the drone has time to right itself. Also, there’s a really cool feature called “headless mode”. When this is active, it makes it so that no matter what rotation the drone is in, it always goes the same way. For example, if you rotate the drone 90 degrees and press forward it will still go forward relative to you. This makes it extremely friendly to new users. The main thing that new drone flyers struggle with is making sure that the rotation of the drone is normal, and headless mode fixes that problem.

This drone has very few negatives. The battery life is only 7 minutes, although they do supply you with an extra battery that can be charged while you’re flying using the first one. One more downside is that this drone is not that fun if you’re an experienced drone flyer. But if you are learning how to fly a drone or you just don’t have that much practice, it’s a great one to get.

As a grandfather I don't have a lot in common with my grand kids, (10 thru 15.) I thought this would be something we could do together. With as much gaming as they do, they picked up the controls pretty quickly. During a recent visit we spent several hours setting up (easy) and learning to fly. We had a blast! In short order these two mastered the controls and 360's I am behind them but only by a little bit. The drone is quick and responsive. The controls are precise and easy. I am practicing and getting better. We have another set of grand kids visiting soon and expect we will be cruising the backyard. I am very pleased with this product.

We have a 4 year old who LOVES drones and this is the first one that we have had that he can use with ease! It comes with a little cardboard cutout that labels each button on the controller...make sure to hold on to it because it is very useful since the controller itself is not labeled. It is a good size so it cannot hide in small places and the led lights are not only fun for the kids but useful for the adults who have to find it when it disappears. The various modes are great and help to teach my son how to steer the drone. The cages over the blades are a nice feature to prevent things from breaking the blades when landing or so that things do not get caught up in them. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for an affordable drone for their kids that is entertaining and durable!!

Used this for about two days before taking this review since this item has so many features. First its a really easy drone to fly, easily flyable inside due to its small size. Controls work well, LEDS on this are colorful so you can have some fun just watching its actions. It came with two small replaceable battery's for extended use. I managed to use both batteries within 20 minutes, battery's taking much longer than that to charge. Not doing as much tricks or not speeding up the drone allowed me to have a bit more time with it. Using the the hand controller was surprisingly easy and worked as you would intend it to. The motion detection also worked well, but I couldn't get the teardrop to work properly although I didn't test it much. Good product for the price.
